They really work! I was able to put them together - thanks for including tubes for the really hard of hearing.- so I think anyone could. A little less convenient and sturdy than the ones costing thousands of dollars, but so far so good!

I'm so bad they're working fine one of the plastic things that hold to the ear stupid me I cut it. Can I get another one?

Ear piece too big
the ear piece that goes over the ear is too big. I bought these for my 96 year old mother. We could not get them in her ears. I am returning them.
