This frame is a beautiful color and a very nice quality. It was well-packaged and delivered on time. I was hesitant to order a frame without seeing it first, but it was exactly what I wanted.

I really like the distressed look of frame. Giving to a friend for Christmas. There's different sections of sizes for photos too. I have not seen one like this before.

Disappointed it arrived in a color I didn't select
I was pretty sure I ordered this frame in blue and ended up getting the wooden color. Which even if the color defaulted before my checkout, I don't understand why it wouldn't just be blue because the display photos are all in blue. When I view the photo of my purchase, it is also in blue. Needless to say I will have to find somebody to paint it so I can finally display it in my office. Side note: it was larger than I expected but not a surprise given the size of the photos and how many it fits.

Nice, but arrived broken
Item arrived with broken glass everywhere. Frame was still intact. I called the card with advertising its lifetime warranty. Spoke with someone that apologized and said that she would send a new one. I have not yet seen it and it has been 5 days. Nice frame, though.
