It came with very professional boxing and packaging. The chair was kept very safe and clean. The chair itself is very sturdy and comfortable for long time sitting and working.

I loved the shipping fast easy and the chair is easy to assemble and it is so comfortable.

It's a nice chair for what you pay however the smell makes you sick and I had to literally man handle it to get the screws in correctly. I he's to use my body to push against the arm while using the wall to keep it still to be able to forcefully attach the screw to the arm. I was sweating by the end of it. Nonetheless I got it done. I'm in decent shape 38 years old can run miles but man that was a workout after asking God to give me strength I was FINALLY able to manhandle it.

The seat and back are VERY difficult to screw together. The back left side below arm bracket had a HOLE for no reason, that we covered with Black electrical tape. The seat is cushy but 19" high needs to be 17-18" inches for better comfort. Kept it because to rebox it for return is difficult too!

The chair is very nice looking and is actually quite comfortable. I really liked it, until the hydraulic post would no longer go all the way up. I'm 6' 1" tall, so I needed that. It turned me into a midget at my desk. I found myself placing a pillow on the seat to achieve a proper sitting height. Sad. Soon after, the castors became "stiff", meaning they wouldn't roll very well anymore. I checked in case anything was lodged or stuck, impeding the castors' ability to roll. Nope. The final straw was the recliner lever slipping out on its own. How does that even happen? Nothing like sipping a full cup of coffee, leaning back to comfortably listen to a client, and suddenly a random "click", back support goes out, coffee everywhere, and me on the ground. My secretary running in, "OMG, what happened?! Are you okay?!". My client doing his best to keep a straight face (I'm sure it looked hilarious). No user error, no bad habits, I suppose just wear on the parts from common weekday use as any chair would experience. Needless to say, after a few choice words, the chair earned its amazing view from the dumpster. If your timeframe for ownership is about 6 months, then 5-stars all the way. Otherwise, you'll be like me, back here shopping for a better chair. Good luck with your search.

the chair is very nice but when i purchased it it showed that it was for up to 400lb capacity. once i received i noticed it was actually only 250lbs. buyer beware!

I have been trying to contact the seller for a return and they have been unresponsive!
