So far its going well, not problems and working perfect for my needs even the apps work greatly its only three weeks of used will see in the future.

Good solid bike, smooth pedal action. Quiet. Plenty of adjustment for tall riders, I'm 6'4" The seat is hard as a rock. I added a gel cushion the ground clearance is bad, my feet (size 13) would hit the floor on occasion. I put the bike up on 4 inch blocks. Great bike the the money. Would be perfect if they made the seat comfortable.

My only dislike, as I sit on it writing to you, is....I am not the only person who is using it. Why didnt they make it more simple to adjust the length???? It is a pain to have to get underneath and undo it and unscrewing a screw. It has left dents in the metal rod, making me think it will not stay tight in time!

Not being able to see the bike in person before purchasing was an issue but it turned out to be exactly as advertised. The assembly was simple and did not take very long. The bike appears to be well made and so far it has worked well. the only negative is that the friction control is not linear but it is completely silent.

Assembly was a challenge. I'm glad I have it because it is convenient for me to have additional opporunities to be active during the statewide stay at home order.

Its an exercise bike that you do your exercise on. The only dislike is the pedal straps. They don't fit every size shoes. The app for it is another story. I downloaded it and went through a lot of trouble getting started with it. What I read says it has all these features. Where they are who knows. Also the instruction could have been better. None of the wires are marked as in which goes to which. So all you can do is guess and hope it works. I'm not sure about if the tensioner is working or not.

We were surprised at how hard the seat is. The lack of padding means it doesn't take long before you can really feel the pressure on your tailbone. Otherwise it works fine. I'm glad my husband is so handy at assembling things. We get the exercise that suits our needs for a couple of seniors wanting to stay active and mobile.

The seat is too large. The end of the seat extends so for it hits my legs as they go up and down. I am 5' 1", and have no trouble reaching the petals with the adjustment. I would have returned it, but the box was discarded.
