Ordered this bike because I saw good reviews and the price was affordable, I got it a week faster so that's was awesome suprise. It took me 20 minutes to put together so it wasn't hard at all. The seat is super comfy and from previous experience most of the bikes have very hard and narrow seat but this one is different, even my daughter said it's very comfortable. This bike is great for small space it's not too big and it's not taking a lot of space but it's very quiet and you can have great workout on it. It's one of the best purchases I ever did!!!

Easy to set up. Very sturdy feeling bike. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but seems like a very great built bike.

I'm really happy with my purchase. I was hoping it would be worth the money and not a cheap piece of crap since I didn't have a lot to spend and I couldn't be more pleased. sits well definitely needed a replacement seat but once I got it into position I was good to go. The customer service is amazing!

This bike is very smooth and quiet. Assembling process was also very easy! in 10-15 minutes you can put it together. Maybe it would be more convenient if you assemble it together with someone else who can hold parts for you while tightening them. In general, I am happy with my purchase.

Ordered this since and I love it do much . Processing and shipping was fairly quick . Item arrived in a large box and no damage to the product . It is smooth cycling in the comfort of my home since I am at high risk and over the age of 65 . Definitely would recommend .

I like the bike overall. The only thing is that it promotes MyCloudFitness App but the machine does not have the pulse checker on it so it is hard to keep history with the exercises and you have to pay a subscription, no discount because you have the bike.

Some of the construction of the bike is questionable. The seat is of poor quality and it's not very comfortable to sit on. The bike tilts to the right because of poor welding. The paint chips off very easily and all together it feels like a cheaply put together bike.

Great bike. Gave 3 stars because the seat will not stay in position. It will either be all the way forward which is uncomfortable or it will be all the way back and I'm left leaning backwards.

Really disappointed with this purchase. The Bluetooth does not work and the app that you are supposed to sync up to monitor your vitals with, actually costs extra. I could have bought a bike that has a screen to share your vitals, for less. The seat is hard and uncomfortable, plus it tips back and loosens while using. When using, the bike wobbles no matter how much I tighten. I easily fall within the recomended weight bracket, but I feel like it's going to fall apart when I ride it. I would love a refund.

I purchased this bike due to the positive reviews posted. Although the bike I received did not measure up to the reviews. Upon the first use, the bike makes a terribly loud cranking sound every time I pedal. I reached out to customer service to hopefully replace the bike/broken part and I am still waiting to hear back after a week.
