Ordered this bike because I saw good reviews and the price was affordable, I got it a week faster so that's was awesome suprise. It took me 20 minutes to put together so it wasn't hard at all. The seat is super comfy and from previous experience most of the bikes have very hard and narrow seat but this one is different, even my daughter said it's very comfortable. This bike is great for small space it's not too big and it's not taking a lot of space but it's very quiet and you can have great workout on it. It's one of the best purchases I ever did!!!

Easy to set up. Very sturdy feeling bike. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but seems like a very great built bike.

Ordered this since and I love it do much . Processing and shipping was fairly quick . Item arrived in a large box and no damage to the product . It is smooth cycling in the comfort of my home since I am at high risk and over the age of 65 . Definitely would recommend .

I have got this bike for 3 months now and it have got really squeaky. Its super loud squeaky. The seat keep getting loose no matter if you tighten it, it will get loosen and move back on you. Some time you have to be careful with the seat. its not good for short people. you will have to really lean in. because the handle its a bit far. its made for taller people.

Great bike really helped me get back to doing cardio . The only thing that I would have to say I dislike is the seat . The weight limit says 220 or so and Im 195 and the seat keeps moving even though I tighten it . Besides that it is quiet and gets the job done.

Some of the construction of the bike is questionable. The seat is of poor quality and it's not very comfortable to sit on. The bike tilts to the right because of poor welding. The paint chips off very easily and all together it feels like a cheaply put together bike.

Great bike. Gave 3 stars because the seat will not stay in position. It will either be all the way forward which is uncomfortable or it will be all the way back and I'm left leaning backwards.

customer service did not get back to me. somehow my pedal wasn't working. me and my husband read thr whole set up process. there is a latch that locks the pedal. customer never got back to me plus when u pedal my bike make alot of noise. not sure if that was part of the ride.

This bike is nice and very sturdy. However, if you are under 5'6", it is very difficult to get on and off of it. There isn't any description for it, so a person has no way of knowing it is not for shorter people until after it's put together. Very disappointed. Would only recommend for people 5'6" and taller.

I purchased this bike due to the positive reviews posted. Although the bike I received did not measure up to the reviews. Upon the first use, the bike makes a terribly loud cranking sound every time I pedal. I reached out to customer service to hopefully replace the bike/broken part and I am still waiting to hear back after a week.
