This is an amazing product for when you need to braid manes and tails, works 10x better than any regular hairspray. Also works great for riding bareback! Spray it on your breaches and it'll help you stick!

I love Quick braid, I use it on all my braiding clients, the sprayer does have a tenancy to stick which is a pain, I may buy a new spray bottle and just transfer the contents.

Even though I haven't braided and shown my horses in more than 10 years, I still rely on Quic Braid. One horse recently decided his mane should flip from the right side to the left, except for one long chunk that didn't get the memo. It gave him a punk look that didn't suit his personality. I used Quic Braid to gather the nonconforming mane into a few loose plaits on the left side. A few days later, I removed the plaits and his mane now neatly falls on the left side. I've met a few people who think Quic Braid makes the mane too slippery. Give it a couple of minutes to partially dry, at which point you'll have great grip.

Quicc braid is such an awesome product. It is not crunchy, and the hair doesn't feel even the slightest bit dirty after using a large amount of this product. Works wonders for the horses and I use it on myself too doesn't make my scalp itch and is an overal miracle product. EVERYONE uses Quicc Braid. Came well packaged and did not leak.

I have been thinking about trying this stuff for a while. I finally broke down and bought some, it works great! It really helps keep the hair neat and tidy, during and after the process. I have used it for english braiding, and western banding. Works great for both purposes. I even used it to keep the top of his tail in place for a halter class, worked good for that too!

Since you are expected to band your horses mane for pleasure shows, why not make it as easy as possible? Quic Braid is the best product for banding that I have ever used. It makes your horse's mane really easy to band, and gives you the extra grip that you need.

I bought this just out of the blue I had a show coming up and I really suck at braiding. My horses mane was SO short that its really hard to braid. I used this stuff and it was alright. It dripped off onto my horses neck and left marks. (Right before dressage) Other than that it was a GREAT buy.

I've used this product for the last 6 years. It is excellent for taming hair that is a little thick or has flyaways. It's never a good idea to trim off those wonky hairs (after all they will grow back and cause the same problem later). Make sure to clean and rinse your horses mane after using this product. It is essentially hair spray and it can cause your horse to itch those braid that are already itchy! Similarly, don't use too much. When used excessively it creates dandruff flakes.

Ordered this for an out of town show. I braid my own horse for the hunters and Eq and have found that Quick Braid keeps my braids tighter and the frizzies down. Sadly, my order didn't arrive on time (order placed on 7/6 with everything in stock, but didn't arrive until 7/19, promised on 7/16, along with my horse's Smartpaks and other items), so I had to pick this up from one of the shops at the show. Great product, but Smartpak shipping let me down.

I do alot of braiding of all sorts, as well as banding. This product is an absolute must-have to help the hair get sticky enough, but not slippery, so it doesnt just slide through your hands. I always make sure I have enough for a weekend show and bring an extra bottle just in case!
