it work but the battery leak and had clean the corrosion off

The item arrived nonfunctional because the batteries that are preinstalled leaked acid and corroded, all the terminals. Seller sent me another remote and that arrived in the same condition with preinstalled batteries and leakage, preventing the remote from functioning. This obviously is a manufacturing issue. The solution seems simple. Keep the batteries out of the item until purchased and then install.

Corroded Batteries
I can't say whether or not my beardie would have liked it, since it arrived with a full set of corroded batteries in the remote. After I managed to get those out and replaced, the remote/dish still would not work. I will be returning. Would like to order again in the hopes it will work.
