Pleasantly surprised!
Beautiful tree, much bigger than I expected and full of leaves. I love that they were packed individually instead of being shoved in the same box like some other places I have ordered from. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering many more Expert Gardener live plants in the near future!

Worth a try.
The stem is thick, that's good. But not a lot of leaves on them. Packaging is meh, not great. The loose dirt in the pot didn't look packed tightly. The year long return policy gives me assurance that I can risk buying this tree.

Not terrible for the price.
The tree looks reasonably healthy, the bands used to secure the tree to the bamboo pole seemed to have been put on too tight and damaged the bark a bit. The graft is probably the worst part of it. Definitely one of the worse ones I’ve seen on a tree. Packaging could have been better. FedEx wasn’t super careful so the top part of the tree got a little damaged during shipping.
