Expert Gardener 1.5gal Multicolor Petunia Live Annual Plant Hanging Basket Sun

The first thing I thought it was just coming directly from the store in the local town being shipped to versus coming from far away and being shipped to my mother's home. it was a little disheveled dirt was really loosened up. my dad has a green thumb so I'm sure he's nursed it back to health

I’m not going to lie and say that it was Walmart delivery did it at all… It was delivered by UPS and they destroyed my order… I was so disappointed when they delivered it I didn’t get a picture of it but I won’t be getting any more plants delivered to me I’ll just have to go to Walmart and get it myself…

The shipping box was in perfect condition. But the plants inside the box in a hanging basket were demolished. This had to have happened when or before it was being packed. Surely you will want to look into this, as your reputation depends upon the customer receiving the item in good condition.

The first basket arrived and when I opened the box all you could see was a mound of dirt. It was obvious the plant was turned upside down in shipment, it was a horrible mess. You gave me credit for that one and I ordered another one. It arrived in pretty much the same condition. I tried to save the plant by shaking off the dirt, salvaging the plants, but it didn't work and the plant died. I took the loss but will not order live plants from you again.

Delivered severely damaged and looked NOTHING like the picture. Will NEVER purchase fresh plants from walmart again. This is the second time my plants were delivered looking like someone used the box as a football. NEVER again. Plant was upside down in the planter and torn apart. There were 6 plants total! Nothing like what picture depicts. No point in showing a pic. I threw them out.

My plant arrived totally damaged. The box was marked fragile but it must have been turned upside down. All the plants were broken and buried under the dirt in the hanging planter. The dirt was all over the inside of the box around the hanging basket. I unburied them and tried to salvage what I could and replant them. I will never order another live plant from Walmart for delivery! My real rating is negative -10!

recieved from fed ex in box opened up and highly dissapointed as it looked dead and damaged the drainage cup was sitting on top of dirt couldnt find much of a plant would not reccomend this product

when l got my petunia, they were a mess. FedEx delivered them. they had been turned over. they look awful. l will not order any more if FedEx delivers them. Same thing happened last year. l will goto rural king or some where else to get my flowers. those flowers cost to much money to be destroyed like that. not happy at all.

item arrived to my mom in poor condition from shipping damage. she was unable to adequately repackage for a return

Flowers were dead, just a pile of dirt on top of a mess. I don't think the shipping handled well or the packing.
