Dead On Arrival
ZERO TULIPS bulbs. Zero. Delivered dead on arrival. Not sure if the Walmart shopper is clueless, if all the bulbs fell off during delivery, if all the tulips at the Walmart store look like this, or if I'm the dumb one to trust a shopper to pick the best looking pot of tulips?!?! 🌷

Not as described
I received an annual tulip that had already bloomed and and dried up petals. Since they only bloom once it was done and useless to me. Not as pictured at all.
