First, they arrived in perfect packing. There wasn’t any way a jiggle could make them wiggle! 😉The pansies were in beautiful condition with deep, green leaves, and big bright flowers. I haven’t taken them out to plant them yet, but it looks like there are four plants in each pot. One pot was mixed colors; the other two were solids. These pansies will make three large displays for me. I love them.

Kudos to the packer of these plants. They came with protective cages around them as well as bubble wrap and a thick cardboard box for protection. These plants are very healthy and will be very easy to maintain. I highly recommend.

I was skeptical of mail-order flowers but couldn’t find the pansy’s locally so I ordered from Walmart. They came promptly and carefully packaged to prevent damage. I planted them and they look great!

This is my 2nd year ordering pansies from Metrolina Greenhouses. We won't see pansies in our stores for another month or more. The pansies arrived quickly and in superb condition, with a pretty variety of colors. Top-notch and worth the price to get a small piece of spring!

The pansies were beautiful

The ******* arrived packaged extremely carefully. They were slightly wilted but they should bounce back quickly. They were shipped and arrived fast. I feel like they were a bit expensive for petunias, but I wanted them and am pleased overall with my purchase.

The flowers were delivered with several brown leaves. We replanted them and followed the directions on how to care for them but they didn’t improve.

I was excited to buy these as a present for my sisters birthday as pansies are her favorite. She lives in a different state then me. A few days later they were marked as delivered and I was excited to know how she liked them. She texted me and said "Thank you for the plants! What are they" I thought oh no, they must not have flowers on them yet. She then texted me a picture and they had delivered the wrong plants! They were 3 Easter lilies! She does not like lilies, as they are toxic to pets. I figured this would be a simple fix since it was Walmarts fault so I contacted them to try to get pansies delivered or a refund. Was it simple? NO. Walmart actually wanted my sister (remember this is a gift) to actually box them up, label it and return them via FedEx or USPS before I could get anything. What?? My gift recipient has to do this? How embarrassing. I had to chat and call Walmart and the most they would agree to do is send someone out from Walmart to pick them up. I was told she just had to put them on the porch. Well it came time for pickup and not even that was easy. The driver said he needed to scan a barcode to pickup them up (noone explained that) so I had to be embarrassed by scrambling to look for a bar code in an email. All this is over $25 mind that Walmart is giving me such grief over. I have been a Walmart customer and Walmart for years but this did it for me. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware you might not get pansies when you order but something completely different and then you will get this headache to try to make it right.

The trio of pansies were all supported to be the same color, they were not. Three separate pots as expected all various colors, not as described online or what was ordered.
