Gorgeous Tree Ruined by Ridiculously Poor Packing
Gorgeous Tree Filled with dozens of buds on every upper branch but those branches were bent and snapped in half to crush a 4.5 foot tree into a 2 foot box. The same thing was done to the lower and horizontal branches because the tree was 2.5-3 feet in diameter and the box was only 9-12 inches in diameter. Anyone could see the box was half the size of the tree and I know they have larger boxes because the Delra Eclipse Dwarf Crape Myrtle Trees were packed in boxes almost 3x the size. There is no excuse. This tree, which would have been covered with nearly 100 blooms within a week, was completely decimated by an associate snapping off the top third and the sides. Bottom line, whoever grew this tree did a wonderful job and if it had been packed correctly, it would have been the most beautiful and healthy tree I've ever purchased. Do better Walmart!
