Reliable and fast delivery. Plants were sent in different groupings for the 10 plants (4+6) or all 10.. Always the plastic pots are covered tightly with a plastic bag to keep the soil moist but often after the ride had shaken the soil from the roots. Some plants looks newly transplanted while others are root bound - inconsistent. Greenery is healthy and not stressed. I purchased many groups of 10 plants for zone 6 and all plants have transplanted successfully. Time will tell on their durance to the winter cold.

The price was a little high

Very pleased. Arrived sooner than they estimated which was good because I wanted to get then planted as quickly as possible. Now I just hope they'll thrice.

All six plants arrived safely with no breakage. The pots were expertly wrapped and sealed to keep the soil inside the containers and from drying out. Good sturdy ventilated boxes designed to prevent the plants from shifting or breaking. I am quite pleased with how healthy all the boxwoods look. Rather amazing delivery speed.

Can get more plant for this price. The picture was showing the plant as being bigger.

Buyer beware. Plants arrived looking great. However, after I planted them I had a rash break out on my hands and arms. After some research, I discovered that the boxwood causes skin irritation (in my case, severe) and they are toxic to animals. So, with leather gloves, the plants were disposed of.

These were horribly package. The pots were crushed, dirt falling out. Plants were offcenter, and some had limbs broken off. These plants are not recommended if they are being shipping like this. Now I have to waste addtional time with customer service getting these returned/replaced, when I should be planting them in the ground. Dissapointing!!
