Expert Grill 1-Burner Tabletop Propane Gas Griddle

Assembly was very easy because the instructions were very thorough. When putting the legs on you want make sure that you don't lay it on the gas inlet side. Lighting the grill was very easy, just turn the front flame adjustment knob to high and it lights automatically. Seasoning the grill was simple. I used canola oil but you can also use vegetable or sesame oil. It is good to season the grill by running it on high for fifteen minutes or longer or until the top griddle is fully seasoned. The Grill Expert tabletop comes with a two cup removable grease trap which is very convenient when cooking foods with a high fat content and makes it easy to clean the griddle. The Expert Grill Tabletop Griddle is going to be nice to use anywhere that is level. I'm going to store my Expert Grill Tabletop Griddle inside in a cool dark place after use. It comes with a two year limited warranty. Overall I rate this a high quality product. Thank You Walmart.

I've been wanting one of these for so long. I like to do vegetable stir-frys every now and then and can't do it on my grill without a grill basket. And then you still don't get a contact heat sear. This griddle is perfect for stir-frys, as well as fish. I used it for Christmas morning breakfast bacon and sausage links. It worked perfect. It fired right up. It's kind of mesmerizing to watch the flame go around the gas heating element when you first light it up. It has an adjuster knob to control the flame and amount of heat. I like that the perimeter ridges are higher than a normal griddle. The only bummer about it is, you lose cooking space the width of the grease cup all the way across. There's no heating element under there. Even though it's cast iron, you would think there would be enough residual heat in that three or four inches but not enough to put a sear on a sausage link. I had sausage down in that area next to the grease cup and it would not heat up so I had to move it up. So you do lose some cooking space, but it's not that big of a deal because sometimes things cook faster than others and you can move them down into the area while the rest cooks. It takes a 1 lb propane tank. I was finally able to get one but I guess they're only good for about 2 hours of cooking so I ended up buying an adapter hose so I could use my larger propane tank that I have for my gas grill. It's winter now so I will use the small tanks for inside use but as it gets warmer out, I will bring it outside and hook up to my larger one. This is great to have on hand if you ever lose power and are like me and don't have a gas stove.

Love this little grill. The price was very reasonable and this little grill is perfect for tailgating.

Received quicker than i expected! I have used nothing but the flat top grill (except microwave) since i got it. I'm in Love, everything is amazing cooked on it!! I seasoned with peanut oil. i dont know how I've lived without it. Highly recommend!

My first griddle purchase and I'm very happy so far. Bought to bring up to hunting camp and it got a workout. My only thoughts now, since using it, is I wish it had a lid/cover to use while cooking. Also, seeing it's obviously a portable unit, wish it would have come with a cover for in-between uses as well as a carrying bag. But I'd highly recommend for camping, tailgating and things like that.

I liked it. We used it for Trail Life and it worked like a dream. My eleven year old was even able to cook on it. I really like to product.

This is prefect for camping or when you have a power outage and want to eat the food before it spoils. The box doesn't say inside, but it shows a picture of it inside. I personally didn't use it inside. However it does fit a lot of food on it. It does come preseasoned as advertised. However you have to turn it on for 15 minutes before the first use. We do enjoy it though. And we do live in a state with a major hurricane season. We are grateful to have it.

I am giving this Expert Grill/Gridle 3 stars because until I can get a new Regulator hose I can not use it.The Regulator that came with this is not right it just wobbles it is not secure and tight,so I have to get one that fits right.Some of the screws that you have to take out to put the legs/feet on were screwed in so tight that we had to use a pair of pliers to turn the screwdriver to keep it from stripping the screw head.Now with that said this is a nice grill/gridle it has plenty of cast iron cooking area and a large drip pan so that you do not have to empty it until you are done cooking.It requires the 1 pound bottles of propane.It is 18000 BTU so I do not know how long 1 canister will last.The grill plate is 260 square inches of cooking surface.I do like this and will ude it a lot when I get a new Regulator hose for it.

Ok, so I purchased this for my husband who LOVES to cook! He was so excited when we unboxed it! We realized it had a greasy film on the paper covering the stovetop…but it didn't look used. We decided to keep it and just clean the residue off! However no matter what he did it would not thoroughly come clean! Now we have to return it and wait for another to be delivered! We have NO IDEA what this residue is and feel safer returning it back to the store!

Dislike that Walmart has not credited back return Bought first one it came without gas regulator Had to buy second one it did have all parts. Sent first one back by Walmart FedEx return label but Walmart will not credit me back DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WALMART ONLINE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
