Great grill for anyone who is just beginning or doesn't grill often. The slim space saving design doesn't take up too much space. I like that I can grill then pull it to the side of the house for easy storage. I can move it on my own. It heats up fast compared to traditional charcoal grills. The grill is a bit more shallow in depth. Would recommend for any smaller family and occasional griller.
This 17.5 Expert Grill with wheels is so affordable, almost anyone can have their very own grill. At this price point no one should expect a miracle. But in a pinch this little grill sure could seem like one. It is a shorter type, but if you are tight on space this grill might be perfect for small apartments, trailer parks or a couple just starting out. I mean not everyone can afford the $400 setup or have the space for one. So if you are on a budget or tight on space I definitely recommend checking out this grill.
Bought this as a temporary grill to be used while working on building our back deck area. It will get the job done, but don't expect anything wonderful. This is the kind of grill you buy in the spring and throw away by fall. For $20 it's about as cheap as some disposable grills. Don't even bother buying the cover. The stamped metal on this is so thin that it is going to rust away no matter how well you try to protect it. Use it for it's purpose which is to grill on about a dozen times and leave on the curb for the trash man. Not trying to discourage anyone from getting it, but if you want something that will last a few years spend a couple hundred and get a solid grill. Don't buy this and think you'll have it a year or two from now. It's a grill that costs less than the charcoal you'll use in it...keep that in mind.
Fully functioning grill. It sits lower than the average grill as the legs are a bit shorter. However, it is able to fit plenty of food being about 17.5 inches of a grill. It has two vents, one on the top lid and one on the bottom. Both can be easily adjusted. Grill is fairly sturdy and easy to pull around. This would be a perfect grill for tailgating and even camping. Perfectly sized grill for an individual, but it also has a large enough grill to be able to feed multiple people. Materials seem sturdy. It has held up so far. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to buy a smaller grill for mobile purposes. Fairly easy to clean with grill brush, as it has the basic metal grill inside. It does not have an ash catcher on the bottom like with full size grills. The wheels are plastic, so I would be careful of the wear you put on them. Mine are fine, but I do not use it heavily. Like with anything else, if you take care of it, it will last.
This grill is the perfect mini grill for a tailgate - which is a big hobby in my household. Assembly was SUPER easy. It only took me about 25 minutes to put together. The wheels make it easy to move and I love fact that the lid can hang off the grill when using. I can't wait to put this to good use this Sunday!
Inaugural test run on Memorial Day, and it performed flawlessly. Perfect for groups of 2-4 people. No trouble grilling 4 chicken thighs, 4 corn cobs, and 4 sausages. Super easy to assemble - took ~20 mins. Lightweight and easy to clean; can literally just flip the grill upside-down and dump the coals out. I find I can organize the meats better on this cubic (rather than spherical) design. I could not ask for a better grill in a pinch, and wasn't expecting such a fine grill for the price.
Great $20 deal. Ideal for small family, like mine, party of 2. There is much more room for steaks than just for 2 people. Doesn't take much space either.
Purchase this grill for my daughter first ever grill she said it was easy to put together and Perfect for here first apartment
Got this as a gift for my son. He said it was easy to put together and use. He said it fits well on his small patio. I also have one and I've used it many times. There's enough room on it too easily cook 12 burgers or 4-6 chicken breasts. I also found it easy to assemble.
I got this to experiment with grilling fresh veggies from my neighbor's huge garden since I'm a culinarily-challenged vegetarian. I def have a little to learn about grilling. The grill took about 15-20 mins to assemble with everything included except a screwdriver. I couldn't get the bottom plastic pieces for the front legs to go in properly and am not sure they'll endure much weather or wear before eventually falling out. It's stable when in one spot but it's design is not great for mobility. The wheels roll fine but I already tipped a bit of charcoal on the deck because it clipped my foot while rolling it. Also, the top slides off easily when tilted. It's still a functional, compact unit with a pretty large amount of grilling space. It works well, in my case, for me to experiment on for now to expand my boring menu and spend more time outdoors. It's also a great size for small patios.
