Bought this for my husband. Since we live in a humid climate I will not invest in a more expensive Grill, they eventually rust no matter what we do to prevent this. So this BBQ is perfect for the price. Assembly wasn't too bad, my husband put it together by himself. It has a lot of heat, so we cook everything on low. I would buy this again.
Nice size for the price. Only problem is the directions, in part, the directions have Good diagrams of how to put it together, but the parts in the diagram are numbered and only 4 parts were actually numbered. Thus, you need to rely on the just the diagram to put it together. Note: the tank hose in on the far side fron where the tank is suppose to sit, it's a 50/50 chance the hose will reach, but I had to buy an small extension hose.
This is really a great grill at a bargain price. Took about 2 hours to assemble. If you're very handy, you could probably do it faster. All you need is a philips. I did use a 1/2 " socket for the wheels. Grill gets very hot very fast. Separate ignition on each of the burners, so you don't need to light them all. Really incredible to get a large grill of this quality for under $200.
There was an issue with one of the legs. I called the number they had to elevate my issue. No one ever called me back. I took the leg to the hardware store and they did what they could. I was able to put together but had to rig one of the legs. I should have returned it but the box fell apart since it was delivered in the pouring rain.
Looks nice. Haven't fully assembled. Not all the pieces are marked and the directions can be kind of unclear since you are not sure what the parts are. Wish they were all numbered only like 4 of them were numbered so just trying to work through that.
the grill is great but when we opened the box one of the racks was broken. its still usable. but when i called to try to get a replacement part i was going to have to ship back this grill and order another one. i had already thrown away the box as i was putting it together. so i just kept it. Walmart gave me a small credit for my trouble.
This is unacceptable. I paid $69 for the convenience of having the grill I ordered online assembled yet it arrived unassembled in the box. Tried to reach customer service multiple times and got no answer and was told by the online order department that there wasn't a single manager in the store that could assist me. I've been a regular customer at the Somerdale Walmart for many years but this experience just changed that. Oh, and they are actually giving me trouble with the assembly charge refund.
It took me almost an hour to put together just to find out that there was damaged parts where i had to return it so it was a waste of my time so understand and then i went to return it to get a new one and there was nobody at Walmart that could get a forklift to get me a new one so i am so mad 😡
Quality issue: the instructions were crap, one of the screws was stripped and unable to unscrew to attach a piece, one of the side panels was bent at the corner and had to bend differently in order to attach, and small screws did not fit in drip tray holes and had to rethread in order to use. Will not recommend this grill to anyone
The assembly is not the easiest. There's only pictures, no words, on how to assemble and one of the grill grates was broken off with several more cracked. Walmart won't replace that piece. They want me to take it apart and return it. I guess I'm cooking on a broken grill.
