Nice size for the price. Only problem is the directions, in part, the directions have Good diagrams of how to put it together, but the parts in the diagram are numbered and only 4 parts were actually numbered. Thus, you need to rely on the just the diagram to put it together. Note: the tank hose in on the far side fron where the tank is suppose to sit, it's a 50/50 chance the hose will reach, but I had to buy an small extension hose.
Bought this for my husband. Since we live in a humid climate I will not invest in a more expensive Grill, they eventually rust no matter what we do to prevent this. So this BBQ is perfect for the price. Assembly wasn't too bad, my husband put it together by himself. It has a lot of heat, so we cook everything on low. I would buy this again.
Delivered at lightning speed! Instructions are just the step by step picture type. But I did put it together 98% of it myself, only needing a second person to lift and place the actual grill part up on to the frame, but it took me an 1 hour and 40 mins to put it together, probably can be done in an hour and half for someone with out kids %26 distractions. But over all pretty simple. I will say this grill is way bigger that I expected it to be! Last year I only had a cheap $100 3 burner grill, and didn't expect a 4 burner to be much bigger. I am PLEASANTLY surprised! It really does feel pretty solid, and rolls on the 2 wheels well, I very much appreciate the temperature gauge on the grill hood, and the soft bumper nubs on the lid to make it a gentle soft close of the lid! I will say I have not gotten to use the grill yet, so I can't comment on the quality of cooking, heating or usage of it yet. But I will come back and update this review once I have got to try it out! I am very excited to have a grill again, and use it year round!! For $194 on sale, I'd say just the size and feeling of quality it is well worth it!
Looks nice. Haven't fully assembled. Not all the pieces are marked and the directions can be kind of unclear since you are not sure what the parts are. Wish they were all numbered only like 4 of them were numbered so just trying to work through that.
Scratched up. Called customer service and they wanted to have it returned to store. Already open an was assembling- too big of hassel. Walmart agreed to give 10% off. Refund never came after a week of call. Super disappointed as it was a Father's Day gift
I ordered this grill and paid extra for assembly. When it arrived, it was a box of unassembled parts. I contacted the Walmart and they were very helpful in giving me a refund and scheduling a pickup of the Grill. Unfortunately, they did not give me Credit for the Assembly Charged. I have to go throuht several steps but finally was able to get Credit for the Assembly Charge.
I have had nothing but issues with this grill since purchasing it. I ordered it for shipping and Walmart changed it to delivery, but after a week the item was not delivered because the local Walmart could not find anyone willing to deliver it. After multiple phone calls, an agent canceled the order for me and then I was able to place another order for local pick up. When I got the grill home, there was a large dent in the front and I was missing the bar that connects the two legs together in the back. The agent I spoke with after a few calls told me they were only able to give me the information to contact another company to get the piece that was missing. I've now sent all the required information to that company twice and have yet to hear back from them. My grill is unable to be used because if I move it, the legs collapse on their self. I didn't realize it was missing until I put it together because none of the parts were labeled. So now I have this $200 grill sitting unused because of a missing piece I can't seem to get.
This is unacceptable. I paid $69 for the convenience of having the grill I ordered online assembled yet it arrived unassembled in the box. Tried to reach customer service multiple times and got no answer and was told by the online order department that there wasn't a single manager in the store that could assist me. I've been a regular customer at the Somerdale Walmart for many years but this experience just changed that. Oh, and they are actually giving me trouble with the assembly charge refund.
Do not order. They use false advertising and tell you it will arrive sooner than it will, and on the day they claimed it was delivered, I never got the grill. Instead, they dropped off a bag of garden soil and refuse to make it right over a week later. Walmart has yet to refund my money and made me jump through hoops to try to get a refund or replacement. What a scam.
It took me almost an hour to put together just to find out that there was damaged parts where i had to return it so it was a waste of my time so understand and then i went to return it to get a new one and there was nobody at Walmart that could get a forklift to get me a new one so i am so mad 😡
