Expert Grill 5 Burner Combination Propane Gas Grill and Propane Griddle, Black, New

We have had this grill for a month and love it! we use both the griddle and the grill. heats evenly and cleanup is easy too. the igniter is built in to the flame adjustment dials. fairly easy to assemble. most of it can be done by 1 person. (l am a 70 yo woman) you need a 2nd person to set the body on the legs. would definitely buy again. especially at the price. $290 tax. and free delivery.

my daughter and I put the grill together over a few hours. It is very heavy and I had a froend come help move it into position. I've used the grill and griddle and they work well. My only complaint is the slot for the griddle doesn't have any collection tray for the grease and clean up. I'm researching how to build one.

shipping was very timely,got it delivered the day I wanted it to, but after unpacking it and starting to assemble it found that 2 leg supports were busted off at the welds, boxed it up and started a return, picked up and got my refund with in a week.Going to try again and order it again.

I would give a -0 stars if it would let me!!After unpacking all the pieces, we discovered the legs were broken!!! The weld on cross bars to hold the legs together had broke so there was no way to put the grill together!! I called Walmart Customer Support and they said BEFORE they could replace or refund… we would have to pack everything back up and FEDEX it back ONCE they received it back… they would issue a replacement or refund!!! My only other option was to keep the broken grill and they give me 20% discount refund. Since there was NO way to get all those pieces boxed back up, we had to keep it!! My husband drilled holes in the legs and used L brackets and screws to hold them together so the legs could be used. Overall, the grill is cheaply made and Walmart REALLY let me down!!!'

After reading the rave reviews, I thought I'd give this grill a try. My first grill order arrived with all the welds on the legs broken. I returned it and ordered another thinking it was a one time fluke. Turns out, it is not. The second grill arrived with broken welds and unable to even be properly put together. I would not recommend this grill.

Box came destroyed. multiple pieces were either broken or bent. was able to fix broken and bent pieces. broken piece had to be welded back together thankful i know someone who could do it. Since they wanted me to try to rebox the grill to bring it back for refund

I'm putting this grill together I did the base and it's time to add the top portions to the bottom portion. You have to put the screws in the side of the grill but there's no place to put them. They for got to put the Rivet nuts in the grill so you bolt the top portion to the bottom portion

It heats way to hot even on the lowest setting. I had a grill cover on it that protects from the elements, also clean it after every use and it is rusting everywhere. I've never used the griddle part and it is all rusty as well.

the product was broken when it arrived. I immediately contacted customer care about the issue and was told that I would receive a partial refund and that i would receive an email. I didn't get an email or my money back. I called for a second time, and I was told that I would get a full refund because the first representative didn't submit the refund request correctly. The second rep told me the refund would be credited to my form of payment within 24-48 hrs. After waiting 3 days and still no credit, I called and spoke to a 3rd rep that assured me the refund was on the way, but it would take 10 days. Still haven't received a refund and I've now called them 4 times. This is horrible customer service.

Disappointed, sad, angry. I feel so much about this grill, and none of it is good! In 3 months and 2 days of 2-4 times a week use, the rust is unimaginable! We saved up to buy this grill/griddle for my husband on our anniversary. And now, 3 months later, the griddle is all but unusable, and despite being covered when not in use, the paint has flaked off, and the rust is mindboggling! We followed the owner's manual to the "T" and yet this is what we are left with! We had expected, at our age, that this would be the last new grill we'd ever have to buy. Sadly, we were painfully wrong! By next fall, we'll likely need to replace this one. I am shocked %26 angry, and feel completely taken advantage of with the purchase of this grill. We've bought this brand before and had a good experience. This one, though, this is not good! I am so disappointed with Walmart %26 Nexgrill Industries for the awful, terrible quality of this product. We paid over $300 for this and ended up with a slap in the face.
