the grill arrived in great condition i put it together in less then an hour directions were very straightforward and easy to read no special tools required i did use my drill with Philips head for almost everything wich made it go fast the top was basically built just the lower portion we grilled out everything worked great and it looks jike a more expensive grill definitely a great deal cooks evenly all the burners start first try very pleased thank you

we are so happy yo add this to our outdoor grilling kitchen ! Side Burner is so handy and useful. highly recommend. I recommend paying fot assembly if you are not skillec at this.

Directions were easy to assemble. Yes it took a little time but was easy. This thing puts out some HEAT! I’m coming from a Weber so I was skeptical that I would be disappointed. I was not! Yes, it is not a Weber, but for the price, this thing is very nice! Cooks even and hot and looks sharp.

this is my second one the first grill burnt up the drip complety no matter how much cleaning after use this is the weakest part of the grill and no im not talking about the little trap pan its job is wind control and grease control. the first one i replaced it with a piece of light steel and got 4 more years and if i could have the flame tamers and found another drip pan i would still be using it! so there you have it expect a year or maybe a little more of use unless you have a little engineering abilities and some scrap metal on hand. the grill will cook but don't they all. i guess its how much you want to spend.

Lots of parts but surprisingly easy to assemble. Easy to clean outside body. Great value due to price and large cooking area. Multiple burners and side burner is great. Heats quickly at low and high temperatures. First meal was a joy to cook.

Assembly was not that hard but was made harder by drawn pictures that were sometimes puzzling. It would have helped to have had a written synopsis of each step. The grill looks nice and heats up well. Having owned several grills before, I can tell that the metal on this one, like others, is flimsy and likely will not last. I do like the individual igniters for each burner. For the money, it is about what one would expect in quality. The warming rack was bowed, but we did not try to contact the manufacturer about it. I am not suggesting that this is a bad grill, I hope to get several years out of it. It is just not made to last, and that is reflected in the cost.

The grill is great, but we were missing a part for the side burner. Walmart would not have the part shipped to me. They offered me a discount and then did not give it to me.

The product can shipped the next day which is great. I ordered it for Memorial Day weekend. When I put it together there was 1 important piece missing. I called Walmart on Wednesday before the weekend. They gave me a complaint %23, told me my call is very important to them and it will be escalated to the "highest management to take care of it. I would be receiving a call in a day or so to rectify the issue. Today is Monday, Memorial Day, and still no phone call. I can't tell you yet if I am satisfied with the product as it is still sitting in my garage waiting for a return call.

Would have had a better review but buyer beware just like the other reviews said good luck getting one that's not damaged. The crease on the side would be fine if the back didn't have the excessive crease that has the powder coat missing.
