Expert Grill 5-Burner Propane Gas Grill with Wheels and Side Burner, Stainless Steel

Purchased this grill on sale about a month ago & it's been great. We've used it lots of times and are really enjoying it! It's big and gets hot quickly.

This grill works great and cooked everything beautifully but the ignition took a while to work, I guess once you turn on the gas from the propane you have to wait a bit before turning on grill. But that wasn’t a big thing for us. Still works amazing! The reason why I am giving it a 3 stars is because once opening the package and start of assembling the grill we realized there was a big dent on the side panel between the last two knobs where you connect the side burner. Bummer!!! This grill is still very pretty just sucks the dent is in the front of grill. We didn’t return it because it was a hassle removing the packaging and getting it to our house so we will keep it. It’s to much of a hassle for a return.

After having the bbq almost complete,it is missing the magnets for the doors and the temperature gauge doesn't work,doesn't affect use but kind of sucks when you spend hard earned money on a new bbq and it's not complete!We live 30 minutes away from Walmart so not worth returning just for that

Some parts were defective. One of the ignition lines was disconnected from the burner, and the bottom rack was bent, but overall decent grill

Item arrived crushed like it was dropped from a high location. Fully unpacked the very, very many parts and noticed the severe structural damage. Appeared later like the box was heavily repaired before delivery. Now I have to repackage this and return.

Grill delivered in very poor condition, crushed box, damaged frame, realized after assembly that damages prevent proper closure function. Grill was obviously mishandled during transit and upon delivery. When delivered, box was dropped on the side when the box explicitly states “this side up”on the top. Grill seemed to be tossed, thrown and dropped based on damages observed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with how the grill was handled. Father’s Day gift for my husband, such a waste of time and money.

ordered this grill and received it damaged, had to wait over 2 weeks to get it picked up because walmart wanted it back before sending a replacement. replacement came damaged as well and after long hours back and forth with over 20 reps with the last 5 of them assuring me I'd get a replacement but ended up getting a refund instead of a good grill. wasted time and didn't get the item I wanted and bought. now the same grill is over $50 extra... how is this possible?!?!

Arrived damaged and could not properly put it together as a result.

I ordered a Walmart Expert Grill, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service right away and was told I would receive a 20% discount for the inconvenience. However, that discount was never applied. While the grill itself may be fine, receiving a damaged product and then not having customer service follow through on what they promised was very frustrating. I expected better handling of the issue. Because of this experience, I’m disappointed and hesitant to recommend this purchase.
