Exploding Kittens Presents Monster Match a matching game for kids with dice tower ages 4+ 2 to 6 players creative kids game perfect gift for 4 year olds family game night

The man who brought my items to the car was very polite and nice.

Perfect game for younger children.

toy for husband to go to toy run

This is the first game my 5 year old has played to the end using the actual rules (mostly). Fun and easy to understand, great way to practice numbers!

When I asked my kids how they felt about Monster Match, my 9 year old son JP responded, “I love this game, it is awesome! This game is the best game for kids of all ages. It is 'monstrously' fun ;)" and my 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter both responded with "love it”.This is the only matching game to engage my kids. The 3 of them did not want to stop playing and tried to stretch the game out by trading monsters afterwards. As a family practice MD, I love the way the game engages rapid visuospatial processing along with hand eye coordination without amping up competitiveness. Since everyone can only take one card, by the end of the game my older kids were helping my younger one find a match to make sure that she wasn't left out of the round. I loved seeing my kids help each other within a competitive game. The tower makes rolling the dice fun and overall the game is super easy to take out and put away. This morning, my kids had pulled it out and were playing it on their own! 5 stars.

Monster Match is great fun for all ages! The monster cards are colorful and imaginative. Much fun is had "rolling" the dice through the monster's mouth - dice are kept from rolling away since the tongue in inside a box. This game really tests your skills of observance, counting and being patient (if you have to wait for the right card). I am to buy more of these for my classroom.

This was a gift and haven't heard how well it was liked but it looked entertaining and other reviews were pretty good .

Kept a 5 year old boy entertained about 30 minutes and then it lost his interest. It's ok

This game is super simple and quick to set up- you can pick up and play in literally a minute or two. The design and style are bright and colorful and definitely should be a good hit with younger kids. If you are looking for something with depth and strategy, this might not be the best game for you. But if you want a fun way to test your processing and reflexes at any age, consider giving this game a try!

The monsters are cute, but the game lags for active kids. Better suited to younger kids.
