Arrived well packaged and upon unwrapping the optical telescope,notice several very small pinhead sized painting voids.They stood out and easy to see on the black ota as they had a gold color and therefore quite visible. I was ok with the small paint issues but discovered that the azimuth clutch was very difficult to tighten by hand and often did not seem to work at all unless really tried hard to turn by hand. The altazimuth clutch worked fine and was very easy to operate. I did email Spectrum optics who offered to help with the clutch and informed me that the telescope and mount have an extensive warranty but I wanted to return it promptly.
