This is our second RO system, and I just installed it in our studio apartment. We've had the UV/RO system with the Alk filter in our main kitchen for several years and it has worked like a champ. The installation takes time and it's somewhat complicated, but I've never had a problem because of the top notch instructions.

Our company installed this system at one of our customer's houses several years ago and she has us change out the filters as recommended. This filter set is everything you need for the year long maintenance and the swap out of the filters is very easy and straight forward.

Bought a ro/w uv last spring Bought replacement filters and uv light a few weeks ago. Very knowledgeable and more than friendly service,all so fast shipping. Prior to installing this system our water tested high for nitrates and coliform bacteria. Tested 0 after installing this system.

Our water tasted funny, so we had our water tested and it came back with some pretty concering results. So, we bought an RO system, then tested it again... but it didnt make enough of a difference. So I decided to get these UV bulbs for even better water filtration, and sure enough there was basically no coliform found in the test results!

A friend of mine convinced me to test my tap-filter water. He tought it tasted funny. I've been ok with it, but I listened and did the test. I was suprised, but the Coliform level was too high! So, I bought myself a regular 3-stage filter, did the test agaim. It was lower, but still too high for comfort. So I did some more research, and figured out I could add a UV filter to my regular RO system. This brings me here! I just bought this set and installed it. And did the water test for a 3rd time. Coliform is now neglible and it tastes so much better.

Very good. I only wish the expandable cotton pills were available too, so I could keep a few spares around. I didn't see them as an available part on the web site.

My cousins own a basic RO system but I wanted to get them a gift for their birthday that handles their routine filter replacement + a UV bulb upgrade. I have the same set-up at my home and I expect that they'll enjoy it very much!

It's a great price if these filters last as long as they should. So far the water quality has been top-notch and it shows no signs of wearing-out too soon.

I think I have drained my tank 50 times by now and the water tastes bad if it sits in the tank more than a day. It's been an ongoing problem, this is my 4th set of filters, but this time seems to be worse than others.
