This is a great system but a little difficult to install. A professional plumber who is familiar with installing these systems would have done it quicker .

I purchased RO Alk + UV system; it came in a week. The installation was straightforward. Inline carbon post filter, UV sterilizer, Alkaline filter, RO membrane housing were preassembled which saved time. However, RO membrane housing was not tighten enough and caused a leak. Nevertheless, it was not a big deal and was fixed in a minute. Electric cord for UV sterilizer included, it also has an indicator when UV lamp should be changed. Instruction is self-explanatory, just follow steps and do not forget to start a system according to the instruction. Water does not have any taste and looks clean. Total installation time 2,5 hours in my case.

We get water from a well so we wanted something really good. The UV bulb is a great idea because it'll sterilize the incoming water and remove the bacteria. But the alkaline filter does add some minerals. So, the water isn't totally sterile. It still has those healthy minerals and particles, but none of the bad ones.

RO system works great. Very easy to install. Detailed instructions provide the information needed that a ***** like me could install with no problems or leaks. The replacement filters are also very easy to install too. Shipping is very fast. Excellent customer service. No problems with the system at all. Well worth the small investment.

This kit came with great instructions. The pictures were clear, and everything was straight forward. We were able to install ourselves. We had a hiccup with some leaks, so I called the company and they pinpointed my error and graciously instructed me on how to fix it in less than 5 minutes. Great company with great customer service.

easy and quick setup. I used PUR filter system/18cup before, no TDS reading change before and after filter from tap water, waste a lot money. This system really works- TDS test :15ppm, the water from the system even better than bottle water (22-23ppm). highly recommended.

I did many research before selecting my RO system and I couldn't do a better selection. It's so far the best investment I have done for my health in the past few months. Water comes out clean and taste awesome besides being easy to drink. I will definite recommend it. I'm buying one for my mom house as well soon.

Water taste great. The filter cartridge threads were improperly manufactured causing the housings to be very difficult to get tight, use Vaseline on the treads if this happens to you or send them back, had 2 leaks one from the yellow line going to the tank, thought it was the valve but turned out to be the line and the on/off sink valve faucet leaked. Took about 1 month to get everything sorted out.
