Express Water ROC001 UV Countertop Water Filter System – Hot, Room, Ambient Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System – 5 Stage RO Water Filter System with UV Water Purifier – No Installation Required

I bought this for my son, and he loves it, but when I had to help him with a health scare, I found that I didn't like it much at all, this the 3 stars. The excess water reservoir fills almost immediately. It seemed that I had to empty it, after every fill of a glass, which meant that the small amount of water to be filtered was wasted. This item would be perfect if it had separate fill and excess water sections, so that the one that fills up in just a minute or two could be emptied without having to dump ALL the water. The hot water choice comes out nice and hot, and it fits well in his kitchen. It is very large, so it might not work well in a small kitchen or one with limited counter space. It does save him from having to fill 10-15 jugs a week to have water, but the excess water area being IN the fill water is a not-too-bright idea that needs to be rethought. The water tastes nice, and I was going to get one for my house, but the having to empty the reservoir after every use changed my mind quickly.

I think the system is good, has to be refilled a lot which kind of makes it a pain to refill. Piece of mind that you're getting clean water but ambient not cold, the hot water is great for tea. I would recommend but it would be better to get a whole house filter installed.

I like the roommtemperature and hot water options. I wish there was an 8 oz and a 32oz option for filling containers.

Worked for a couple months then began to have issues producing water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a nurse and work at an ICU. The unit is so cold all the time that the only thing that warms me up is the tea! Since we did not have any water warmer at the unit, I bought this and it has work perfectly and my days are complete!

I have owned 3 different brand countertop filters, including Express Water old version countertop water filter. This is my 4th ctop filter and it is by far the best one out of four. TDS went from 257 to 9 PPM. My last one was made by APEC, that unit was expensive but TDS couldn't go below 15 PPM and water acidity went extremely high suddenly after first replacement filter set was installed for 2 weeks. I don't want deal with it anymore so I decided to get this one to replace it. Made it huge difference, no more trickling water, no more high acidity taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutly love this system! I only drink water and gatorade sometimes sprite but thats it! Water is the only thing that actually quenches my thirst, i know everyone says its weird. BUT this system has literally become my bestfriend!! It filters the water great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this countertop water machine! It fits perfectly and isn't too large. It was a little confusing at first but that's just me thinking I didn't need to read what to do. Just read it and or will be rather easy! So worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filtration system does its job well, no complaints. Only downside from my perspective is the size as I live in an NYC apartment. If you have space for this you will enjoy! Super easy to get fresh water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Express Water 5-Stage Countertop RO System with UV-LED Filtration has made a HUGE difference in our lives. It's RO (reverse osmosis) technology helps removing sediments, chlorine and heavy metals. Its UV Technology neutralizes bacteria and viruses. The water tastes so much better now. It is super easy to maintain and operate too. Plus there is far less plastic waste. So many plus points. I love it and I would highly recommend it.
