Bought a cover and there was a manufacturer malfunction. Called and was given instructions on what to do to get a resolution. Within a day I was told a new one would be on the way with pictures sent of the malfunction. This was done and within a few weeks I had my new cover. I enjoy this cover a lot as it helps with our summer activities. Thank you, Adam H.

I am surprised at how little water gets in. If any. Most covers I've owned allow even a small amount in, which includes Retrax MX One. This seems to do even better. Although slightly heavy when opening up the last fold when standing outside of the truck, it's still not too bad. Overall a super nice cover. Time will tell...

After installing on my 2019 ram 1500 (new body style) there was a small leak at the head of the bed. The leak was at the corners easily sealed with small beads of silicone and has been bone dry ever since. Twist latch and pull cords work great. I can't complain after inches of snow and rain.

Installation was pretty straight forward. I watched some videos before doing it myself. Easy operation, no latching problems like the review before mine stated. I did have to put an extra piece of the bulkhead seal in the front corners to seal out daylight, but I'm sure it will be better after it settles for a week or two. I am waiting to see how the prop rods hold up with the cover folded up to the rear window. Some of the cover extends past the roof line and the sides. There is some play where the rods are fastened to the rails. when you have the rods locked in which I hope isn't an issue when driving at highway speeds. So far I am more than satisfied. I will post another review in two weeks to update waterproofness and how it reacts fully folded at higher speeds.

The cover definitely makes the truck look so much better. It also looks by far better than any other bed cover. Installation was very easy and self explanatory, installed in about half an hour. Here is the except part. At the hinged part closest to the tailgate, the gasket doesn't sit flush with the bed rail. There is about an inch section that bows up on both side of the cover. It is not immediately noticed, but I do know it's there. Hoping it will lay flat once the heat of summer comes around. Also there are some small leaks around the tailgate, not that big of a deal for me.

Looks great but not as water tight as my last cover which it mimics, the Bak Flip VP. Their attention to details needs some work shavings from drilled holes left on cover, the foam strip for front was all kinked and unusable, and the strap placement on on side didn't line up right but still worked. Overall tho I'm still pleased as it looks great once installed and cleaned up.

I bought this cover about three years ago. It's easy to install. Very sturdy, and looks great. Some people complain about the twist mechanism but that never bothered me. My only issue is with the leather looking cover. After about a year it started to peel up on one edge. I tried liquid cement but it didn't stay. Now it's starting to peel up on the other side. I live in OH and it really doesn't get that hot. This covering wouldn't last a year in AZ or TX. My plan is to remove the covering. I think it actually will look pretty good. All in all I like the cover but might be better to buy one without the EndraCoat material covering.

Like the one I put on my Canyon, this one also had drilling chips that I had to blow off so they wouldn't scratch the cover during install. Several screws had to reset and one of the tie down holders had an oversize hole so I had to use one size larger screw to assemble the tie down hlders. Once installed cover looked great.

It's a nice looking hard cover and installation was simple enough but the actual construction appears cheap. Of the two strut brace clips that came with my cover, 1 was completely broken and the other was stretched out so badly that the strut would not stay secured in the clip. Some of the metal on the cover isn't cut correctly and the hardware, specifically the washers used, could be better quality. The other issue that I'm having is with the unlocking mechanism. Even after adjustment of the lock point and the cover itself, the lock will still catch on the rail. Overall it's not a bad cover but I personally think there are potentially better options in this market.
