Extend Nutriiton Bars, Low Carb, Chocolate & Caramel, 15 Count

I've been eating Extend Bars for years, as a quick, convenient snack or dessert to satisfy my hunger (and chocolate cravings) and help keep my blood sugar under control. They are sugar-free (sweetened with Stevia), 130 calories, have 12 g of protein, 1.5 g of healthy fats, 6 g of fiber, and 0 g net carbs -- and they taste great! (Extend Bars are also all natural and gluten-free.) The Rich Chocolate (chewy, semi-sweet dark chocolate) bars can even be microwaved (unwrapped) for 10 seconds, to soften them up a bit and make them taste like a warm brownie! These keep me from feeling deprived (and eating things I shouldn't) when I want a healthy chocolate treat. (I also love the Extend Chocolate Peanut Butter bars, although those are slightly higher in calories.)

This is my first time buying this type of bar and I was pleasantly surprised. It didn't taste like a diet bar at all. It had a nice chocolate taste and it was filling.

As a diabetic doing all I can to control my blood sugar through diet, I frequently carry these with me for busy days when my eating schedule becomes irregular. Both the Peanut and Chocolate/Peanut varieties are delicious and come in very handy. I consider them one of my favorite snack options.

WOW! The white raspberry bars are TO DIE FOR! Tried the variety pack first to see which one(s) I liked best, and the white raspberry won, hands down. I will definitely buy them again - all white raspberry. Try them!

I love Extend Bars, especially the Peanut Butter Extend Bars. Extend Bars helped me lost a significant amount of weight over a period of time.

These are as hard as a rock. They taste stale. would not recommend to anyone !
