I love, love, love this ladder! It is so much easier to use and store away once done. this make putting up my holiday decorations so much easier.
I have a position where I access roofs at this ladder is the most versatile ledder that I've seen in the way that you could carry the back of a car or a truck it's real sturdy feel safe on the climb that attaches to the roof really well so thanks
Excellent ladder. Saved a lot of space
It does the job. The rungs sometimes stick though which is a concern. We shall see how it does with use over time, seems alright enough though.
great for storage, but kind of hard to move when fully open. also sags a bit if not placed hi enough
The ladder gets smaller as it extends. Just skeptical about the plastic locks as this is a 20 foot ladder.
the better carrying system maybe tip it on its side and have a handle and it is quite heavy it's almost the Little Giant which anyone used it it's terrible
Second ever use and the bottom two rungs broke. CHEAP and GARBAGE. Do not buy this. As I stepped up the plastic rings snapped and I went tumbling to the ground. This is a very very dangerous product and would not recommend buying this. it is poorly made!
Item came late, after the shipper left. Hence i am still in possession of it. Now I'll have to schedule a new pick up time at an additional cost, as a result of your late delivery.
