Our daughter was born Dec. 8th and we've been using the same formula from the hospital Similac. She had a very bad rash for about a week, week and a half. It was raised and red, just around her tush. My husband's sister and I are lactose free. I thought that might be it and switched to plant based enfamil. It got rid of the rash but not her tummy issues with gas. I switched to this one a few days ago and it's easy to mix, helping with her gas already, and so far her rash has not returned. The last formula smelled strongly of potatoes, but this one just has that strong baby formula smell. It's so much better than potatoes and she doesn't make a scrunchy face when she drinks it! $36 for a 14oz can is expensive but I've looked just about everywhere and this is the cheapest I've found, all were 14oz or 6 pack 14oz for hundreds of dollars. Also mixed better than the others that were not premixed, less clumping! I hope this helped someone especially if their baby is going through something similar! I'm a first time mom and so far this has helped me :)
my baby has a sensitive tummy and this is one of the best formulas i used its very close to beast milk as far as texture and how it sits on his stomach minimal spit up and if he does its very thin and doesn't stain like other formulas im glad this was recommended to me
The only thing comparable to Nutrimigen, my son has dietary needs and there aren't many off brand alternatives that are affordable. Overall a good product.
My breastfed baby switched to this formula with only a day of trying to convince her. Now she loves it. It doesn't smell as bad as other hydrolyzed formulas if you mix it right before feeding.
Formula has helped with CMPA and is more affordable than Alimentum or Nutramigen. Does not smell like the two above, which is a bonus. Only downside is that it does not dissolve super easy and you have to really shake the bottle to mix it. He seems less bloated, and this formula rarely constipates him. Overall, I am pleased with the product.
Fine product, way too pricey though. Why is everything related to babies so expensive? We are just trying to do the best by our baby while surviving. Why?
This hypoallergenic infant formula meets the bare minimum for lactose-intolerant nutrition, but just barely. It technically checks the boxes, yet lacks the richness needed to truly satisfy or sustain. After one bottle, my infant is still hungry—it feels more like a placeholder than a proper meal. Nutritionally, it hovers just above water, offering little substance beyond compliance. It's not harmful, but it's not impressive either. If you're in a pinch, it works. But for consistent, nourishing feeding, I'd look elsewhere.
I tried ordering pepticare bc Ramsey st didn't have it they tried selling this formula for shipping so I ordered from This store and got the wrong formulas!!!
This product has been recalled it makes baby's have bad bowel movements and harsh vomiting please contact your pediatrician and have your baby's formula changed!
I purchased this in a 2 pack as it was the only available option. My son became sick on this formula so I can't use the second unopened can. I attempted to return it to my local store and was told I couldn't return it even though it was unopened because it was purchased in a quantity of 2.
