It's a very good product. It arrived, I connected it to my PC, and that was it—the PC recognized it without needing to download any drivers or anything. i loke this product. 👍

There was no mention of requiring a disc be inserted into the drive in order fot the drive to appear in Windows Explorer. Lost a day chasing reasons for the drive not being recognized.

It works fine, however I thought there was a USB-C with it also. SO I had to get an adapter before I could use it.

It works as it should. Plays great.

It was real easy to set up.

I have HP Windows 11 laptop and it works great with it. Very easy to use.

I was looking for an external DVD player/burner and I came across this model because of its low price and USB 3.0 capabilities. When I got the burner, I was bit surprised because the “Antika” label was not on the box or on the player itself (hence the 4 stars). I initially thought I was scammed. But looking at some pictures of this model online, it seems like it is indeed the same player and box, just without the “Antika” label on them. But I really like this player. It is a plug-and-play model so there is no software that you need to download. It just plainly works. I inserted a blank Verbatim DVD-R into it, burned some videos onto the disc, and the disc played those videos on my DVD player. Given the USB 3.0 capabilities, the videos burned quickly. Given this, I do not regret my purchase. I have to wait and see how durable this burner is though, but only time can tell. But given that I was able to buy this for ~$15, it is not a bad buy at all.

The cable is way too short .! I had to put it under my laptop.

Refused to read DVDs and didn't connect at all
