I use this all the time! It's great for doughs like bread, rolls, pie crusts, etc., but honestly I love it even more for candy making 😂 Butter mints, peppermint patties, homemade chocolates — this mat makes cleanup so much easier and keeps everything from sticking to the counter. This silicone baking mat has been a great addition to our kitchen. i made sure of my measurements when i purchased this silicone mat. i wanted it to use when i make breads and pastries. its one of the most wonderful items in my kitchen now. if you make pie crusts or anything that needs sizing then this is the mat. pie crusts are obviously great but sometimes you get a recipe that needs a lenth or width and it's all right here on the mat. Visually it doesn't get much better. the mat is thin compared to some silicone baking sheets but so far it seems impervious to anything i throw at it. if you're like me making breads can sometimes be a little messy with flour but the màt is great for minimizing that. cleanup is a breeze if you hand wash or even throw in the top rack of the diswasher. yes, really it's just that simple. compared to some other mats this one's very affordable and a great bang for the buck.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this mat. It was excellent for rolling my pie pastry. My pastry always comes out great, but this mat made it so much easier to pick up as it does not stick to the mat at all. I used an empty paper towel roll to roll my mat around for storage, as I was concerned with folding it.

The size of this mat is perfect. I like the measurements on the mat. Rolling up the mat helps with storage concerns. This mat is tough stuff.
