I really struggle with swallowing pills, so these headache relief packets are incredibly helpful for me. They make it so I can quickly and easily get relief from headaches, even bad or migraine level ones. You can either pour the packet into a glass and stir or put it in a water bottle and shake until the powder dissolves. Because of that, these packets are very convenient whether you're at home or on the go. Additionally, the packets are super easy to tear open. This product is also pretty effective and typically starts to kick in within 30 minutes or so. I'd definitely recommend Goody's Headache Powder, especially if you struggle with taking pills or just want a more convenient option for headache relief.

Not only does this product contain a pain reliever but caffeine as well. For me, that's great because sometimes I get a head ache when I haven't had caffeine for days. I have not experienced any side effects from this product. My only advice is to take as instructed because it does contain Aspirin and Tylenol. I really like Goody's powders because they work faster than other over-the-counter pain reliever tablets or capsules. The taste is not pleasant for most people, but most medicines taste horrible. The results and how long it takes for relief is what is important to me. Another good thing about this product is that it does not have strange "inactive" ingredients that I know nothing about. I highly recommend this product.

Unfortunately, after a couple of hours, my head was still pounding and I had to resort to taking some ibuprofen and drinking some caffeine. I'm not sure what it is about this product that didn't work, perhaps the powder form. Will stick to my old trusty for my next headache.

I read all the information on the box and followed all the instructions. I decided to dissolve the powder in water and drink it. The taste was terrible. It doesn't matter to me how fast it works, I cannot get pass the bad taste in my mouth that lingered there for a while.
