The package is a convenient sized. The capsule is easy to swallow since the entire dose isn't crammed as some makers do. The main reason I chose this product was because it is in a capsule not made of animal sourced gelatin.

Not sure yet
It's a little too soon for me to be giving a review, but since you asked…. All I can say is that I've only been taking it about a week. One thing I can comment, is that it makes my pee smell as if I've eaten asparagus (when I haven't), and I don't know what ingredient in it would make that happen. When I received the package, there was a coupon inside for my next bottle to be free if I leave a review on the company's website. I'm not sure if I will order again yet and I'm not sure if the product is useful for me, so that's why I put four stars for now. The capsules are kinda big, but I'm still able to take two at a time.
