Extra Thin Shaved Chuck Beef Steak, 8 per Tray, Fresh, 0.79 - 2.1 lb

I usually buy some hispanic chopped beef to use for my Philly Cheesesteak's, but I couldn't find it, so I bought this instead. I will NEVER get the hispanic chopped meat again. These were perfect for me. Tender and flavorful. Just the right amount of marbelizing. About 3 slices made enough for two of to have Philly Cheesesteak sandwich for dinner. And I wasn't bowled over at the price!

I bless the day I found these. They are my go to cut for jerky. Just pink salt, these lovely strips, and a good dehydrator. Saves me so much money on jerky and I love the taste better than any brand I have ever tasted. Customize your flavor. I love the consistency of doing my own jerky as I like it a little "fattier". Easy snack of protein. Customize your size pieces. Everybody loves how it comes out, and it's just salt, meat, and dehydrator. Can not be easier.

There are so many ways to use this type of sliced meat: sandwiches, quesadillas, soups, breakfast burritos, omelets or even carne asada tacos. The possibilities are endless.

I would recommend this meat if you're trying to cook a really fast meal or you just don't want a lot of meat but as long as it's not expired it's perfect!

These are very thin steaks but they do grill fast in my iron skillet in coconut oil and lots of spices. Less than one minute on each side. The taste is great. Quick, yummy meal! If you want the best flavor from this meat please marinate it 4-6 hours, then it would be really nice. I will purchase this again.

I usually order the thin rib eyes %26 received the chuck instead; i ordered this by mistake, but i will keep it %26 in the future will be more careful when placing my order.

This is thin sliced (tough) meat. Definitely not my idea of shaved. I purchase shaved beef from a grocery store and it's about five times thinner... um it's shaved! This meat was very tough as well.

I selected a $41 skirt steak approximately 5 lbs of meat (I have family visiting) and received a $17 sliced chuck. You should've included 5 packages, not just one!

Mine was not shaved as thin as it showed in the picture. Usually don't buy anything except grass fed meat. Learned my lesson on this one. Taste was not very good either.

This steak was sliced way too thin. I was going to make chicken fried steak but this meat was sliced so thin it would not hold shape. So disappointed!
