the step broke
the chair doesn’t fold when the step is attached so i has to unscrew it everytime i wanted to fold the chair which was annoying. today the step broke in half, after two months of use. not a great design/quality.

The back fabric is too small for the chair. it pulls one of the arms in too far, making the chair not square

Not sturdy and are not easy to put together. Once put together nearly impossible to fold up for storage.
