Excellent for use with controlling lymphadema instead of wearing cumbersome expensive garments.

Real compression shorts, not wannabes!
I contacted customer support since my measurements are a bit different than most and they gave me size advice and when I got them they actually fit! VERY FIRM compression so if you don't need that you should probably sizeup or don't buy. It took me 5 minutes to get them on, FYI. I weigh 136lbs 5'6" 26" waist 38" hips and 23" thighs 18" above the knee I got these to help with mobile spondylolisthesis, bursitis & SI hypermobility. Hoping they help me stay in place so I can walk and hike without dislocating anything!

Hot and Tight
Great compression, but I'm not sure if I wil be able to wear them over 75 degrees. They don't breathe very well. I haven't had them long enough to rate their durability.
