A very well designed on faucet filter system. Has very good features and easy to change filter. Much better than all the other faucet filters I have had. Has a very long filter life as well. The auto off is a great feature, you can't forget it in the filtered water position and damage the filter.
Simple to install, and so very convenient! This faucet mount water filter took me a total of five minutes to unpack, install, and use for the first time. I now use filtered water for all my drinking and cooking. I'm really happy I bought it.
Water tastes great! Works super well! And it's so convenient, especially for a large family! We had the 2.5 gallon (glass) zero water dispenser for about a year and a half. And it was great. Except filling it got old, fast! The water filtered through super slowly, which made it pretty inconvenient when 4-6 kids ages 9-16 needed to fill up their water bottles for school, sports, road trips, etc! So this Faucet Mount, it's so much faster %26 easier for us!! I would imagine a pitcher style or counter dispenser would work great for a small family! But for our crazy family, this faucet mount filter has our vote!! ♥️🤪
I'm a Zero Water long time user (regular filters in a decanter.) I thought a faucet style would be more versatile - filtered direct to glass or water bottle, and also for food prep. Easy switch to regular non-filtered for other purposes (dish washing etc.) But I learned that the actual filter does not accomplish what the regular filters can in terms of TDS (total dissolved solids) which for me negates the need for the faucet style. Too bad too, if Zero Water could/would change the filter type I'd be all over the faucet style again.
The whole battery compartment fell out into my hand. And seriously I'm just going to leave it out. I've never had one that worked for more than 2 days anyway. Just use a PH test strip, but not a TDS tester, because it doesn't filter tds anyway, only pfa's and pfo's. It Does make your water feel and smell better. I think the batteries become damp too quickly and then it shorts out....not sure why they don't last. I know the Pur brand does the same thing. Other than that, it's a good design and not too heavy because it will pull on your faucet if it's too heavy.
I like the device but cannot get a tight install that doesn't spray water all over
Where is the zero water filter, it says a different company name on These items how is that not false advertising and switch and bait???? I paid for a zero water filter and got a different company name and it has cracks in the one after I hooked it up. Out the back of it. Water is squirting everywhere. Sending this back and documenting this item and others. It's becoming a scam to buy stuff and you don't get what you pay for.
The directions say, “if your faucet has external threads you don't need an adapter,” but the internal threads of the device are too large for the external threads of my faucet. When I called their customer service I was asked, rather hilariously, “Which doesn't fit, the device or your faucet?” I replied that's like asking, “Which doesn't fit, the glove or your hand?” I was then frostily informed that the device won't work for me and that anyway "the system has been discontinued."
Installation was pretty easy, no significant change in taste but It just stopped working after a week, the sensor stopped working completely, and I didn't even realize initially.
The product leaks and is not useable. Even with an adapter to try to make it work better, it's still a leaky mess.
