I just got these eyeglasses, so this is sort of a first impression. most importantly they are eyeglasses for reading that work just fine. the rest is just secondary stuff. first impression: the plastic used for the frame is a fairly light weight type, much flimsier than I am used to in eyeglass frames. so as to durability issues... well I wouldn't use them as safety glasses by any means. so how these things would endure kept one's pocket, I would think they wouldn't do so well. the plastic is also a bit transparent. considering that these are quote tortoiseshell unquote type of glasses frame, the light shows through and sometimes creates rather distracting highlights in one's visual area. however, for the money, these are small issues. the ultimate question, would I buy again: the answer is yes.
