Personally, I prefer a broom's bristles to be a bit more stiff, but the soft bristles on this broom swept the garage floor, which is a smooth surface, very well. I like the dustpan also as it is tall in height so that I don't need to bend down to sweep the debris into it. The broom and dustpan attach to each other easily to make them easy to hang up out of the way in a closet.

This came in a small box and assembly was very easy. The lightness of the product is nice, not too heavy. It seems very sturdy. I just bought a new home and do not have carpet. It is great for getting up dirt,hair, and anything else unwanted on the floor. This is light and makes it very easy to dump the dirt in a trash can.

2nd purchase as I use 1 outside and 1 inside. "Dust pan on a stick" is a must for people with back %26 shoulder issues %26 the long poled broom bristle length smallish but gets into the corners perfectly and picks up a lot of dirt! I'm very happy! On quality- 1st Dust pan sturdy and I am still using after over 5 years - was indoor now I've been using the "dust pan on a stick" outside for the last year- I expect to get another 2 years if it, if it doesnt get damaged in a storm. I purchased 2nd as I desperately needed that handled dustpan inside. The Broom bristles are bent after 5 years of almost daily usage inside, so I will use the new 2nd broom inside %26 put the old 1st broom outside as still usable. My outside patios are heavy usage - dead leaves, dried up tree pods, dead flowers, bird seed, bird seed shells, tiny rocks, sand %26 dirt that needs to be swept up every other day.

I've had FOUR back surgeries, AND I am in my "senior years"...this set is a "God Send"! If you have a Senior Citizen in your life, PLEASE buy a set for him/her!

this broom and dust pan combo is well designed and and of good quality materials.. the bristles are the right length, flexibility and density to make your job easier... the extendable broom handle is a big plus, you can choose the appropriate length according to your height.

This is a great set except for the dust pan doesn't sit flat on the floor you have to work the finer stuff to the corners to get it up. I think it's good quality just poor design

I have not used it, I opened the shipment box and was disappointed to find out the stick was shipped in parts. I need it to be a sturdy stick. I want to return it.

The handle to the broom is in 3 pieces, 2 worked beautifully, the 3 rd one makes it useless. I am trying plumber's tape cross or maybe aluminum tape. Maybe that will make it stay together. Maybe super glue

The dust pan edge is more like a bridge and doesn’t touch the floor. Everything that you sweep into it goes underneath the dust pan, so it’s pointless. Trying to adjust the handle of it tor stepping on it to pickup the trash still does not help. On the other hand, the broom works well.

i bought this so i didn’t have to bend down (old with bad back). it doesn’t lay flat on the floor and all the stuff goes underneath and not in the pan. VERY disappointing. it is useless
