When the first one finally started wearing out, I was ordered to replace it with exactly the same item. No substitutes. Only the same item would do. I can't give a better endorsement than that. And around here, I do what I am told. And there's a good reason for that. It keeps everyone happy and content. Plus you can't beat the performance. It's perfect when you have fur babies in your home. As durable as it is, it does finally need replacing. Luckily it is still available. I think Walmart has made it a stock basic. .

I assembled and used it right away. I bought it to use when I shampoo my rug this week, so I "swept" the two large area rugs in preparation. wow, my carpet looks as good as if I vacuumed!!! memories of using my mom's carpet sweeper as a kid. I will get a lot of use from this when I don't feel like vacumning. 👍🏼

It was described as having stiff bristles., so I expected it would also work as a broom. It does not. However, it does pick up hair on carpet as advertised.

Great product. Bristles are great and with squeegee side, cant do windows, tub or both brush side and other can use in garage too. I like the size and sturdiness of the handle and extension capability. Thanks

Works Great! I have 2 Cats and one of them is a Semi-long hair.. leave's hair all over the place. With this Tool, it makes short work of the hair on the Carpet without having to drag out the Vacuum!

The brush was very easy to remove lint and dust from the carpet the assembly was great ,love using on my shag carpet

works great on short carpet. helps remove stains and removes pet hair. bristles could be a little more stiff to get deeper into carpet fabric

Never showed up on first delivery date. Status was out for delivery. When it did get delivered, wrong brand. Spent a lot of time calling customer care. They said the shipping fee would be refunded because of my trouble. It's still on the invoice. Very unreliable. I don't feel confident enough to ever order again!

it doesn't work like it should I have tried other brooms that are for the same thing and it was amazing it just balled the hair up and kept it from flying all over the handle comes undone on me when I'm using it
