The product was fine, but it was not designed for my mop handle. i didn't read the description well enough the quailty seemed well made no complaints.

I'm not sure the plastic on the handle will hold up very long. It will be used on concrete.

I was unsure how much I would like this mop since I'm used to ultra-convenient throwaway mops with pre-moistened towelettes) but I figured that this is the style of mop that our ancestors used forever and it surely would be good enough for me. First of all, the box it came in was small - but it was awesome because the four pieces to assemble the handle come together so easily (even I could figure it out!) and don't feel cheap at all. The mop head is separate - i didn't even think about this but you can actually do your mopping and just throw it into the washing machine when you are done! It seems like you could use any mop head with it from the store so I will probably buy extras. I like the blue color too - hides the dirt or stains that main come inevitably from use. Now the real test was using the mop. I LOVE IT. You can use it everywhere. You can even wash walls with this and you don't have to worry about messing up a sprayer or having to change the towelette. I can see why my grandma and great-grandma used these. It's awesome and I'm glad I bought it.

It's a good mop for a good price, I just don't think the design is good enough, the bottom part of the mop stick doesn't allow you to flip the mop head over and use the other side, you have to take it off and flip it over just to use both sides

Good, but handle is in segments, which will, eventually break. Good for light duty. NOT commercial grade. I use it for my kitchen floor after scrubbing with a Libman™ floor scrubber, to lightly mop up the loose mess. If I used the mop to scrub, it would easily break. For my purposes, it is acceptable.

This was supposed to be an industrial mop but was everything but that. The handle was weak and cheaply made and the mop head was very small. It definitely was not as advertised. It was like a dollar tree mop. Too much money for what I received.

My housekeeper doesn't want to use it says it's too hard to ring out so I've never even put it together. I'd like to return it.
