After years of riding in my partner's 1999 Forerunner without the comfort of ac, I finally broke down and bought a 16 oz. can can of this, which was enough to recharge his a/c system - just in time for the warmer weather. The only pitfall was the short hose. I was unable to get the can to the full upright/12 o'clock position to fully shake it to the 3 o'clock position, without knocking the can against the engine and side wall, while filling the system. In the end, this did product the trick!
The AC in my car wasn't cold anymore so I ordered this to refilll it. The first time I got this item, the hose was missing and I mentioned it to the employee. They were able to swap the canister for one that did have the hose. Its easy to use but I did experience some leaking at first and than really had to force the nozzle to stay in place. After that, I got it mostly to work.
wow! this really worked. I'm very much a beginner when it comes to auto diy projects but they made it super simple to understand and now I have a cool space in my Jerp
Worked like a charm! My AC worked perfectly, and then it suddenly stopped. All it needed was a refill! Very easy to use. Took me about 10 minutes if that
its was easy to use.. Amazing part
This is a review on Wallmart.com, not necessarily the product. Wallmart says $10 refund if the canister is returned within 90 days. When I tried returning it to the brick and mortar Wallmart, it was like talking to a wall. They say to contact Wallmart com, that they are not Wallmart com. Wallmart has a long way to go to catch up with Amazon or Target. Wallmart hasnt arrived yet.
After putting this in my car, my serpentine belt broke. If this company is going to advertise a product you can DIY easy then it should be
Pretty sure the gauge or hose was dirty possibly damaged. Didn't fix my issue had to buy another unit at Napa.
i ordered it online because it had a way better price than in person, however when it was delivered, it came without the gouge. it was an incomplete kit and when i asked the lady at customer service for help she just rolled her eyes and told me you dont do exchanges and just refunded my item without even asking me if i want to return it. Now i have to order it online from someone else and hope it has a gouge.
