Easy to use
I have used manual openers since I was a child (past 55 years). Seen some good ones and some bad ones. This is by far the easiest to use. Can't rate its durability, since I have had it for only a week. But so far…I'd certainly recommend it.

Scam
I didn't like the item because I never got to use it. The company that makes them contacted me and told me I needed to return it and then I got charged by Walmart. It felt like a scam.
