Works as advertised. Built solid. Expect many years of use. Delivered quickly. Hopefully the flushing will fix my problem and get my 20H heating water again

Buy this!
Simplifies descaling my tankless water heater. All in one design makes descaling/flushing quick and easy. Set it and forget it. Highly recommend.

Descaler
This is a replacement for a defective unit. Took some doing but was able to get it replaced. As far as unit. I'm quite pleased with it. Looks much more professional than a five gallon bucket.

Terrible customer service. Solution arrived opened and leaked out. Customer support from encore refused to help. Will be returning
