Very versatile pan. I use it to make large casseroles or small hams/poultry. I love the cooking but now the cleaning. These are sturdy enough to transport to event and inexpensive enough to dispose of at the end of the event.

Sometimes didn't melt all the way. Left residue. Sometimes ok.

Really like these pans for potlucks or take along dishes for group get togethers. No cleanup or dragging dirty dishes back home. These pans are much deeper and work great for salads , desserts, and side dishes. They hold a substantial amount of food. I will say that if I was using the pan for 10 pounds of meat, I would probably double it just to be cautious, but the cost is decent for 2 pans, lids included. Recommend to others.
