They work wonders for relaxing
They work wonders for relaxing & getting to sleep. No clouds or cobwebs in the morning. They also work fast. The mint is good. My adult daughter likes the strawberry, I do not. Taste is subjective. I would definitely recommend & will purchase again.

EZ Melts Melatonin quickly melts. The mint taste is tasty and not too strong. I take mine a half hour before sleep and turn off all blue light distractions.
