Product is great customer service is lacking
I love it, my kids can open their seatbelts by themselves now. My problem is I ordered 3 and one came missing the latch part. I reached out to the company through Walmart and all haven't heard anything from them.

Does what it's intended
Got my nails done after two years and felt like i needed assistance with unbuckling my baby. This def does the job the only thing is the mechanism to “secure” it to the car seat isn't toddler proof. So I just keep it at reach for me. So it works

Won't stay snapped on seatbelt
It works to unbuckle, but the snap keeps coming apart and won't stay on the seatbelt. I have to continue to reattach it.

I attached the bear Buddy and my grandson had it off in no time. I can still use it manually without any problem.

Got this to help assist my daughter to unbuckle herself for school drop off. She still cannot unbuckle and it comes off easily.
