For my health conscious wife
So my wife has been looking for something for awhile now to make her workout routine when I came to meal time a little easier. What she didn't want was one plate she had to use every time. She uses meal prep containers for breakfast and lunch, but wanted something for home for dinner. I seen this and figured I would take a chance. She absolutely loves this!! It makes her dinner so much easier when she's counting calories for her weight days. She loves it and has already told others at the gym about it and her trainer was impressed also. Very easy clean up and can be put in the top rack of the dishwasher! 5 star

Section divider
Thought it was a plate, but it is just a section plate, you put it on a plate and fill it up and it only holds so much food. Then you can remove it.

Good portion control plate, but not perfect
This is a helpful container for portion control, however it wold be ideal if it were adjustable (to 3 instead of 4 different sizes)
