Compartments are large enough to hold my 8 or so pills on each side. Three of my pills are on the large side so I am happy there. My only thing I find lacking is when filling from the back, the hinge side is only a half size opening. Still large enough to get my big pills in, but I wish both sides were full width.

you have to push open the compartments .. i do like the back opening up that helps .. the compartments are really small.. Although I did like a smaller product I did not expect it to be this small..

This is a great product, with one drawback. The top colored "lids" come open too easily. The over all construction is good. Love the bottom full access.

Half of the tabs were very difficult to open and one of them broke right off when I tried opening it for the very first time out of the package.
