The colored pencils are such a nice brand—smooth, bright, and easy for him to blend when he's drawing his characters. It even comes with a really nice pencil that feels high-quality, not cheap at all. He's been using it every day since it arrived, and seeing him so happy and creative makes it totally worth it. Great set for any kid (or adult!) who loves anime art.

She liked not only the pages that had designs to color, but also really liked the blank pages for her to do her own drawings. The colored pencils that are included made this an easy grab and go gift. It is a good sized tablet, that feels like good quality not something that you would grab at a dollar store. Overall, we really liked this product for a young artist.

On this particular picture, she preferred leaving it in black & white although, it comes with 13 bright colored pencils and 1 mechanical pencil. The instructions were very easy for her to understand on how to draw each picture. Once you follow the instructions, the picture will look exactly like the original one. She was able to carry it everywhere we went and sometimes put it in her purse. You won't hear any noise at all while drawing around other people. It is worth every dime for a child that loves Anime and there are so many options to choose from to keep them busy. It's very thick and not easy to be torn, due to the hard cover on the outside of the pages.

The product is packaged nicely and bands shut to keep the pages from being bent while traveling. The color pay off on the pencils is very vibrant and my daughter loves the images. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a pencil sharpener so it isn't entirely travel friendly.

The pages are smooth and the instructions are very useful. Very good for kids who like to draw. Only issue my niece had was she isn't a fan of the color pencils. She feels they could be a little better. Overall she thinks this drawing kit is cute.
